Problems with automation (sim800 & Arduino)

Hello to all

I use Arduino Leonardo and Sim 800 in my connection project With communication gsm

I have no problem activating or deactivating GPIOs

In the automation section of all timers and notifications, everything works fine, but there is a problem.

But on or off is not detected but commands has changed & is any They work properly »» »»

What do you think could be the problem?

Note: I use the same automation esp32 And I tested Wi-Fi and it had no problem, but it has problems with Arduino, 800 SIM and GSM mode.
