Problems commissioning

Hi guys,

I got the notification about my Blynk Console account getting deleted after not logging in for 6 months. We’ve been paying for Blink for business use and things were going great. Now I’m having trouble and need to log into my account and I can’t. Is there any way you can undelete my Blynk Console account?

As fa as I understand, you have Business account (WL) and have separate acc in Blynk cloud. These are different accounts and do not affect each other. And canceling a subscription due to no activity for 6 months only works for Blynk cloud FREE accs. Don’t worry about your business account.

What was your plan in Blynk Cloud?
