I have several devices, two of which generate temperature line graphs. I am able to download reports for those.
But one device (using a bar graph with random occurrences) is giving me trouble. No matter what settings I use for downloading at says “Can’t generate report. There is no data to report” But there is data on the graph. The graph displays time values, up to three times a day.
Please check if the “Raw Data” feature is enabled in the datastream settings on which you want to receive a report.
If the function is not enabled, you need to select in the “Advanced Settings”
any data aggregation type except “Raw Data”.
Please need more information about second device (in which reports are not generated). What settings in your datasreams and widgets?
Screenshots if possible please.
@Mike3 hello. did you switch “raw data” switch recently in the datastream settings? I mean, from what I see it looks like you didn’t have “raw data” enabled for that particaler DS and later it was turned on. Is that the case?
I was told to enable raw data a week or more ago and I did so. I turned on all the raw data settings for data streams used for graphs. But when I went back and looked yesterday it was disabled again. It seems like the raw data setting is disabling by itself. I’m sure I had it turned on.
It seems like every time I edit the data streams I see the raw data settings set to false. Could there be a bug with this?
