Power purchase failed

I recently bought 13,000 power through the iPhone, Apple confirmed the purchase but the credits did not increase in my Blynk account. According to Apple Support I followed the steps outlined in the article below to restore purchase within the app:

But I did not succeed.
Apple has recommended direct contact with Blynk. Here are the purchase information:
