Porting Blynk library for ZephyrRTOS

I am new to Blynk community and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I want to port a Blynk library for Nordic’s nRF9160 based device running ZephyrRTOS.

Probably something similar needs to be done like the Linux port. ZephyrRTOS will run the main loop with Blynk.run()!!!
Any suggestions as to where I should start from?
