OTA Shipping doesn't load the bin file

Hello,
I’ve just added a new device and I can’t ship any more, when I select the online device and upload the bin file file nothing happen and I can’t ship any more to my device. Any suggestion ?

Hi @bek ,

You may have exceeded the max number of file uploads (product/organization logos, firmware for shipment, data import) per user per day: 10 free / 25 plus / 50 pro
Are you not seeing an error at the top of the screen?

In the shipment history I deleted all.

And this is the first Upload after almost one week.

Could be Internet connection was very slow?
