Organisations

I have 6 organisations, i need to let 1 user to watch 2 organisations of these 6, but when I try to MANAGE USERS it s not possible (currently only new accounts can be added. Please use a different email address for this user…) that s quite odd i think
Any suggestion to solve this issue?

I haven’t really used organisations very much, but I guess that when you say…

I have 6 organisations

you actually mean that you have one organisation, with sub organisations below it, all with the main organisation as their parent?

I would have thought that you’d need to have a sub organisation, with another one or two child sub-organisations below that.

Have you studied the new organisations guide…

The user should see only 2 of them

The solution is next:

1. Create a new organization (e.g Group 1)
2. Transfer those 2 organizations under Group 1 Org
3. Transfer user to Group 1 as admin set up permissions for this organization accordingly

Then your company structure will look like this:

--Your organization
----Org 1
----Org 2
----Org 3
----Org 4 
----Group 1 <---Admin of this Organization will access Org 5 and 6
--------Org 5
--------Org 6
