One way communication only - in all of my projects

@BlynkAndroidDev, got a strange issue here:

today i observed, that all the projects on my account have one way communication only: from app to hardware. if i press a button in the app, it works correctly on the hardware. but if i send a value (to any widget) from hardware to app, it never shows. the hardware status indicator (near the play button) always shows the hardwares as offline, though it is online.

all these projects were tested and used long time ago. the issue is present since yesterday or today.

i also logged in with a friends account, and his projects worked correctly, both way communication. the problem is present only with the projects of my account.

the phone is s5, android 6, cloud server, 2.17.0 app (also reinstalled, restarted, etc)

Force stop and project reopen doesn’t help? Or just remove app’s data and relogin?

i already tried all of those. stop project, log out, clear cache, restart phone, re install app, etc.

That’s strange, we’ll create logging build now to verify what’s going with connection on your side

@BlynkAndroidDev could be also server issue. It was reported 1 time before. But I’m wasn’t able to reproduce. Hope log build will help.

what seem VERY strange, that it does only with my account.
if i log in with different account, everything works normally. double checked.

this is why i think it is server side issue, not app. if it were some app bug, it shouldn’t work with any account, not just mine.

At least, I could collect with android logging a useful data for server issue debugging.

ok, just send the debug version and i will try to reproduce it…

in the last days anyway, this is what i do, debug. try to find 2 nasty bugs in my own code, without luck so far :frowning:

Yep, I’m working on additional logging steps and will upload it in several minutes.

Seems it’s an app issue, I’ll add some more logs, as I see that data is received in a correct way o_O

please see both logs, the first is with my - non working - account, the second is with a different account, which is working normally

no, it is from the working account. the first email without the screenshot is my faulty account.

Which one of the login email should I check for a bug issue?

ok, nevermind, the screen was in nightmode and that overlay blocked.

Hm, is it previous build still installed on your device? or have you removed it and installed google play’s version? if second - remove current app’s install.
