Numeric Input no longer increments/decrements in tenths when + or - pressed

I have 4 counters set to increment or decrement in tenths of an hour and have the template set for #.# in the datastream. I noticed one of the 4 would only increment/decrement in 1 hour instead of tenths. I removed and reinstalled one that was working correctly on the Android phone and now it doesn’t work properly either. The Android is on version 1.12.1. Below are printscreens of what it looks like and the datastream programming.

@jstobaugh what step you set in Numeric Input Settings of Stage 4 Time Set widget?
