Notification is not working

I’m making surveillance camera with pir sensor and esp 32 cam, i followed the code below but the notification is not working and i don’t know the reason. help me plz

esp32 cam with wifi connection
Android 11
Blynk server
1.0.0-beta.3

Uninstall this and install 0.6.1 instead.
