Not receiving CSV and/or token on iPhone

I am having this same issue of not receiving the CSV and/or token. I have tried several times and always get the “Sending” and “Done” messages but no email received. I have tried sending from my iPhone and also from an Android emulator on the Mac, same results.I have checked the “junk” folder but nothing there either. It was working fine about 3 weeks ago when I last sent the CSV file. Any help will be appreciated.

Don’t see any errors. Seems like everything is fin on our side.

I deleted and re-installed the app on the iPhone and exported once again. Still no CSV file.

I am still not able to get the CSV file or token. Any thoughts as to what else I might look at?
