Not connect missing data points on webpage

Hello everyone.

One of my customers want to see on the graphics the time the system didn´t send data. On the app I have the option to turn on or off the “Connect missing data points”. In the app it´s off for him but I didn´t find how to do it on the website. Is there a way not to connect missing data points when on the computer?

Hello. You can use Custom/Service chart it should show the “offline gaps”:

Hi,
I’m on the paid maker plan what does what I need otherwise, but the custom chart is not available on this plan.
Any other way to get the data to show the gaps as otherwise I see some large lines joining points after data gaps.

However small this issue is, I continue to be in awe at how well and easy the platform is to work with. KUDOS!!!

Are you talking about the app or web dashboard?
In the app dashboard, in the Superchart widget, select a datastream and turn off “Y-Axis” / “Connect missing data points”

Hi Pete,
I want to turn off connect data points. I can do that in the app, but not on the web portal chart.

There is no matching functionality in the web dashboard.
