Noob question about private server and android things

Searched with no clear answer. I’m new at this and curious if I can run a blynk server on a pi with a touchscreen while running the android things app at the same time.

I’d like to end up with a touchscreen for my project that runs Blynk, and I can’t seem to find out if I need to separate pi’s or if I can do it all on one.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!!!

Android Things appears to be deprecated and will die totally in less than one year.
Regardless of that, you’ll need to run your Blynk server in a Java environment, so it really depends on whether you can get that working under Things.
There was a post somewhere where a guy managed to get a local server running on his Android phone, so I guess it may be possible, but it seemed like hard work.

Thanks Pete. Is there a simple way that you know of to run Blynk on an inexpensive touch screen?
I appreciate the help

Cheap Android tablet?
