No notifications on lock screen

Good Day

I used a Samsung A30 and all notifications from my Blynk alarm app worked 100%.

Upgraded to Samsung A52 and notifications work 100% if screen is unlocked but if locked no notifications.

If screen is locked with charger notifications are also working fine. As soon as you unlock the screen the notifications pop up.

Any help will appreciated

I think you should turn this on : Keep screen always ON
