No devices shown in account after update to 3.8.10

After updating to version 3.8.10 on IOS I can no longer see my devices.

My iOS devices running 3.8.9 is working fine.

What do you mean ? There are no devices in my devices page ? Or you can’t open device ?
Please describe the problem in detail and also add a screenshot.

None of my devices are visible in my root organization or any sub organization on my Apple device after updating to 3.8.10. I can see all devices on my iPad, web console and my other iPhone. My second iPhone is still running app version 3.8.9.

I was first notified of the bug from one of my customers, so I updated my iPhone to confirm the bug on 3.8.10. After updating, no devices are visible.

Even my developer templates are empty.


@yourideasvi thanks for explanation. I guess this issue will be fixed in next app version.

Thank you for the report. As a temporarily workaround relaunch the app after switching the organisation.

Thank you Eugene, unfortunately this doesn’t work for users with multiple sub organizations. Ending the app will returns to the root org on relaunch. Is a timeline available for the new version of the app?

Hi @yourideasvi After switching organisation (including sub org) the app logs into that org after relaunching.

If this is not working for you, please send us logs (from within the app from About screen) so we can investigate.

There is app update available in App Store. After update the app version in About screen should be 3.8.11 (0)
