No data on SuperChart

Have there been any changes to the free plan? I have several devices and several accounts, each account has the same device with the same code. On the older ones, I can read archived data from the chart (1h, 6h, 1d, 1wk), while on the added ones, I am currently unable to read archived data, there is only a live chart, and on other ranges there is no data on the chart.

What widget did you mean? Chart (web) or Super Chart (mobile)?
Also Android or iOS app and what version?

Android application in the latest version, I meant Super Chart on mobile phone. But it doesn’t matter, because in the same application, older devices have a history on the chart, but new ones do not.

@maryush Please check Enable history data switch in datastream settings in your new acc. Should be turn on
