New plans update error (maker plan user)

Maker plan is not activated, why it is happening all of sudden…I have one device installed in very remote area , now please tell me what to do …it’s very confusing…

I investigated your subscription. The last purchase of the Maker plan was 09/25/2024. Subscription was canceled today. And it looks like you have a free plan now.

Did you pay for the plan today? Do you have payment receipt?

So, as far as I understand, growaquafresh3@gmail.com administrator of this organization. Of the users, this is the only one in the organization.

But the payment dated November 2 was paid by imjaygarg2@gmail.com ? Was the payment from the Google receipt that you attached above paid by this email?
