I have searched the Blynk cloud app and can’t find any way to monitor how much data I am using. I have tried settings on every screen and can’t find it.

Hello. We don’t track it. Usually, if traffic is important it means the user uses a mobile network. In that case - all mobile network providers have an API that shows data usage. Blynk has integration with 1NCE provider and we have integrated its dashboard into blynk. But this feature is available only for business clients:
