Need help for SPI using WeMOS D1 mini

I am using WeMOS D1 mini to control a digital to analog converter using SPI. My sketch does not seems to work. Checking the D5 pin (clock) with an oscilloscope found no clock signal. I cannot figure why. Please help. My sketch is here:

@kpc I’ve removed your code, as you didn’t format it correctly using triple backticks (as explained when you created the topic) and because your question isn’t related to Blynk.
