Need datastreams more than five but less than 10

i have two accounts one is 7 month old another is new old in my old account i can add upto 10 data streams but in my new account i cannot add more than 5 data streams. kindly resolve my issue,

It is not issue. It was change in servers for new acc, which were registered after 16.10.2023

But nothing changes for old accounts
