My esp8266 won't respond to at commands

My esp8266 won’t respond at all iam using Arduino uno and tried adjusting baud rate to 115200 and 9600 and still no response at all from serial monitor

I am just getting started with esp8266 and i connected it to the Arduino and the led on the esp won’t turn on except when i connect io2 to gnd a blue led turn on and it doesn’t give any response to at commands

If you can’t be bothered to provide information about the type of Arduino you are using, how your Arduino and ESP are connected, how your ESP is powered, what code you are running, how you are issuing the AT commands to the ESP, what you are seeing in your serial monitor, what version of the Blynk library you are using and any other information that may be helpful then you might be waiting quite a long time for assistance.
