No,my idea is file mp3 in my telephone. and i send it from app blynk to USB by NodemCu ( USB connect with NodemCu)

Blynk doesn’t have any widgets that can directly interface with files on your mobile device, and it doesn’t stream directly to MCUs via USB.
The USB connection protocol uses a PCs internet connection to allow an MCU to access the internet when that MCU isn’t connected by Ethernet or Wi-Fi. All communications are via the Blynk server - either the cloud servers or your own local Blynk server.
