Is it possible to migrate devices from “Pro” to “enterprise”?

Hard question.

  1. There will be a dedicated server with separate domain for the enterprise plan.
  2. You would need to reprovision devices.
  3. Our launch engineer will help with migration of templates

Recreation of the templates is tedious but doable.

Most important would be that the devices can be migrated without having to update the firmware.

We use MQTT as communication protocol, we can update the MQTT server in the configuration, so would it then be possible to easily migrate?
