I have a Starter Plan, so I should be able to use 10 devices. But now I have 9 devices and I’m not able to add a new one. I do have 10 templates. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @Mullemj. I checked your account and you don’t have a Starter plan. Your plan is Maker. You first signed up on March 14, 2022, and have had an active Maker plan since then. Maker is an old plan and we continue to support existing users. The Maker and Starter plan are two different plans.
The limit for your plan is 10 devices, and you actually have 9.

So you can’t create last device? Do you see the error?

Thanks for your reply. I do not see an error, just the message that I need to update my subscription. I had 10 templates and I deleted one of them to create another template. After that I wanted to add a device for the new template, what didn’t work.

@Mullemj Please attach a screenshot of the location where the upgrade is displayed when attempting to create a device.
