I Lost all my Blynk Projects and energy suddenly tried logout and login with no luck, Appreciate your help.

We did a fix for Anrdoid and soon iOS will have fix too.

however I’m using android using the 2.16.3 app version
Hm… I think I know the reason. Please add some widget to your project. Logout from the app. And switch again to Blynk Server instead of custom IP. Now it should work as expected.
