Hello Blynkers,

I have an issue with my Blynk app (iOS version 2.18.0), where data is suddenly deleted! Sorry if this has already been reported, but I couldn’t find anything myself.

Here is my set up: I have 6 Particle Photons sending various data (6 streams- virtual pins) to Blynk. I have a device tiles installed, and each device has two super charts in them. Here is an image of my device tiles:

Device 1 seems to be updating the data continuously without any problems, here is what the super charts look like:

The rest of the devices are losing data (the data is being erased, all in a sudden) every couple of days, here is an example of what the rest of the devices look like:

Please let me know if there is anything that seems to be wrong,

Hello. Do you use local server?
And super charts are within Device tiles? Right?

Yes, Super charts are in device tiles and no I don’t use a local server.

Now issue should be fixed. Please let me know if data will disappear.

Ok, I will keep a close eye on it for the up coming days, and I’ll let you know if anything disappears.
