Your topic line says ‘Local App’, are you using local Blynk server?? If app says device is offline means your device could not successfully connected to blynk local or cloud server. How do you know your device is online? some widgets working? if yes? then close and re-open the blynk app.

The “device” that’s being referred to on the “device was not yet online” message is the hardware that you’re running your Blynk sketch on (Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32 etc).
What is that device showing in the serial monitor to make you believe that it is online?
