Issues with Superchart and/or Device Tiles

Hello,

I am using Blynk on my iPhone and I having problems with the device tiles widget. As of now i have 4 devices connected to the device tile, and every device page has a super chart and a value display. The device tile, super chart and value display are suppose to report Virtual pin 1, but I have two issues:

1. The device tile’s widget doesn’t match the super chart/value display
2. The device tile’s widget doesn’t update most of the time even though it is reporting the same virtual pin as the super chart/value display. This problem is exacerbated when when I reboot the Blynk app.

Please let me know of any solutions that you may have.

Hello. Is that iOS or Android? What app version do you have? What are settings of the value display?

It’s iOS, version 2.13.2. The last update was suppose to address these issues but unfortunately they are still persisting. The value display is set on V1, the values are between 0 and 4095. The refresh interval is 1 second.

@Mohamed_Amr_Ali refresh interval is not yet supported in DeviceTiles widgets will be fixed with next update.

Can’t reproduce such issue.
Could you please reproduce on your side and send us logs from the about page? If you do, please also indicate details in the letter - tile/widget, what value is shown and what you believe should be shown there instead.

I just sent my logs and in the email I explain that I have the value of V1 displayed in multiple locations. V1 (for the following device: photon 3) should be on the tile widget, on a value display and on the super chart that are both inside the tile widget (similar to the images I uploaded). The super chart shows a value in the 70s, which is correct. However, both the value display and tile widget show a value of 13, which is incorrect.

Good morning. Even I do not update the value on the tile. If I leave the app open, it updates, but if I close and open the app, the first stored value returns.

vers android app: 2.20
local server vers: 33.4
vers blynk library: 0.4.10 / 0.5.1

it’s a problem that I’ve always found, since the first versions of the tiles.

Is there a solution?

I created two vpins (V0, temperature) and (V5, temperature).

case 1: I assigned V0 has vpin in tile view and inside tile for gouge.
case 2: I assigned V5 has vpin in tile view and V0 inside tile for gouge.

In any case I get the same result.
