Is ny3 down again !?

Hi
my system have (2x ESP32 connect with each other by ESP NOW + SIM800L GSM/GPRS Module in the master one ) in another city away from me and work with ny3 server .

ny3 server was working very well for a long time but now it is offline , and can’t make any ping !!
