Hello I would like to know if in Blynk IOT it is possible to have the free dashboard as in the legacy version, therefore the possibility of grouping different devices together in a single dashboard panel, without having these panels.

No, not at the moment.
What you can do is to send data to a single device, and display it on a single “tile”.
