Good Day. I have a question about allowing a user I invited into my organization to access the mobile dashboard I created. I am subscribed to the maker plan and according to the app the roles of the “user” include controlling and viewing my devices. I sent an invitation to a different user but once they have logged in they get greeted with this page and they are not able to view my dashboard.
When it says “MY DEVICES” it doesn’t mean your devices, it means devices owned by that user.
Transfer ownership of the device to that users and they will be able to see/control it. You will also be able to see/control/edit it because you are the account owner and developer.
