"invalid email address" when sending invite

I am trying to invite someone to my organization, and it tells me “invalid email address”.

Please assist…

Click on his name and you should see this

Okay, in the top right corner click on your account picture and you should see message icon click on it

@EBM I’ve changed your account privileges so you should now be able to send PM’s.

For anyone interested… problem solved… I had inadvertently typed a “space” at the end of the email address. The system doesn’t like that…
