I would also like to ask about the current limit of 100 events per day. If I upgrade to the Pro plan, will this limitation be removed, or will there still be a daily event limit?

No. The raw data is exported according to the time interval during which the values were sent. In other words, the data is exported exactly as it was transmitted.
No. 100 events per device per day is a total limit. This is the current maximum limit for the Pro plan.

Hello, I set my ESP32 to send data every second, and the values are displayed correctly on the mobile app in real time.
However, when I try to export the data, the system only allows me to select averaged values. I need all of the raw data points, not averaged data.
What should I do to export the complete 1-second interval data?
when you start a “download report”, you have all the options to select which datastreams and which granularity for the download. At least that’s what the maker license supports.
Is your datastream set-up for Raw data?
