Yesterday I was planning to buy pro plan $149 plan but that plan I can’t found, now there is only plan $40 $83 $249 then where is the $149 plan?
And $83 plan how many user can be use?
And 500 plan how many user can use ?

The PRO plan with 500 users now costs $249 per month. This price has been advertised on our website for over 6 months, but there was a bug in Console displaying the old price and the bug was fixed today. If you are considering buying an annual plan, please note that there is a holiday promotion offering 30% off the first year of PRO. The discount is valid before December 31st. Let us know if you would like to take advantage of the holiday promotion.

Currently, only one developer is allowed per Organization to avoid sync issues. You can read documenation https://docs.blynk.io/en/getting-started/developer-mode
Within the same organization, you yourself can edit the dashboard of the device. Add and remove widgets.

If can control please send screenshots exactly where I can control the permission? I saw there is permission control option but for all organization I want to each organization permission control

You can edit them however you like. You can also apply settings to sub-organizations.
Also, the assigned admin in the suborganization can change roles and permissions in his sub-organization
