I can't enable Allow default values for contact metadata?

I can’t enable Allow default values for contact metadata?
I created a contact metadata by turning on switch of Allow default values and entered the values i needed, but after saving the values no such metadata availabled in notification settings, so i checked my metadata and saw these

What did you mean? Please explain.

The data is saved. You can check this in Metadata tab of Device view page

The only bug I see is that the switch appears disabled after saving
