How to share the devices

This might be a very basic question, but I could not realize how to solve it even after reading the guideline.

Situation (confirmed yesterday)

  1. I am an administrator of an organization, which has only 2 members (me and a user).
  2. We have two devices, whose owner is the user.
  3. When we use the devices last time (Feb. 2024), both of us could control the devices.
  4. However, yesterday we have recognized that I could control them but the user could not.
  5. No modifications were made during the period we did not use the devices.

My questions are,

  1. How to make the devices controllable from both of us, as was before?
  2. Why this time the user lost control of the devices?

I would appreciate it if someone could respond.

What do you mean user could not? This user should see this devices and control.
Please attach a video or screenshots of the behavior of the user controlling these devices.
Does the user see the error?

The above problem was found to be caused by the user using the device incorrectly. I did not take this possibility into account and wasted your time. I am very, very sorry. Nevertheless, your comment, “This user should see this devices and control.” helped me to realize the problem. Thank you very much.
