How to find out the number of messages in the current month for free plan?

Hi.
How can I find out how much I have left or how many messages were sent to the server out of a possible 30k? Is it possible to get this value in the program code?

Blynk.syncVirtual( V0, V1, V2, V3 ) - will this command count as 1 message or 4 messages?
