How to disable encryption on the local server to the app side connection using the server.properties

Hi, I would like to be able to disable encryption or SSL altogether between the app and the local server preferably using the server.properties (that is, without having to change the source code of the local server). This is for educational purposes to analyze the messages exchanged between the app and the local server.
