I’ve added a device successfully on the web app, but mobile app still says “No Devices Yet”.
Am I understanding correctly that devices can only send data to the web app or mobile but not both? Or is it that I need to reconfigure everything again for mobile?
Have you tried refreshing the app?
No, you’ve totally misunderstood that.
There is no automatic replication of widgets from the app to the web console, but a widget added to the two dashboards and linked to the same datastream both work.

Yes, I refreshed the app, logged out and back in, completely restarted it. Still no devices.
I totally get that the web widgets and dashboards are completely separate from the mobile ones. But would have at least expected the devices to sync across.
It’s been about an hour that my device is reporting into the web console but mobile app still says there are no devices. 
We would need to check. Maybe it’s a bug. However, I just tried this flow and can’t see any issues.
I have a template created in Console, then created a new device from it. Device became visible in Console and Mobile Apps
