  1. Editing permissions is only available on the pro plan.
  2. Device sharing functionality is partially available for business clients only.

If you transfer ownership of the device to a user then only they (and you as administrator) will be able to see it.

Probably the PRO account.

If this is a commercial product (which it obviously is if you have clients) then you need the PRO or Business account anyway.

You will then need to change user permissions to suit your needs, and to use the organisational hierarchy to place each client within a sub-organisation.
