I am not getting the option of convert to csv

I have also clicked on the option of save raw data into my data stream

I am using the maker plan

I’m not sure what you mean by…

Do you mean that you don’t have the “Download Report” option in the three dots menu next to the device name, or that the report doesn’t contain any data?
