Home screen widget not working for shared access

Hello everyone,

My project is working perfectly fine.
When I turned on shared access to my family, they are able to control inside the app, but the home screen widget is not working for them, while i can use the home screen widget.
Am I missing any steps? or do I have to pay for it to function?

Oh sorry, I’m new to Blynk and arduino, thought it might works as long as I’m able to place it.
