High Ping Server Blynk 2.0

Since using version 2.0, the responses from the app are very slow, today I tried pinging the fra1 server (bottom right corner of the screen Blynk.console shows Region: fra1)

 C:\Users\QT>ping fra1.blynk.cloud

Pinging fra1.blynk.cloud [46.101.217.214] with 32 bytes of data:
 Reply from 46.101.217.214: bytes=32 time=272ms TTL=44

 Ping statistics for 46.101.217.214:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 269ms, Maximum = 273ms, Average = 271ms

Maybe the problem is due to the high ping, I tried the servers ny3, lon1, blr1. 300ms average. Only Server sgp1 is the lowest

C:\Users\QT>ping sgp1.blynk.cloud

Pinging sgp1.blynk.cloud [128.199.144.129] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 128.199.144.129: bytes=32 time=42ms TTL=56

In this case, is there any way to reduce the ping, or is it possible to change the account to sgp1 sever? I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

Hello. Did you try ping blynk.cloud, what does it shows?
The only way to change the server right now is to remove account and create the new one on the server you need.

Blynk.cloud is 43ms

I signed up for the Plus/year plan so I can’t delete my account. Is there any other way?

You still can create the account on the required server. I’ll move your plan manually to it when done.

Thank Dmitriy
Account on fra1.blynk.cloud is Quangtran3110@gmail.com. I created a new account on sgp1.blynk.cloud which is quangblynk@gmail.com. Currently my account has 16 devices available, is it still the same when I switch servers?

@Minhmin yes, changed the plan on the new server.

Thanks for helping me change the server, while registering an account on the new server I had a little problem, I previously created an account on blynk.cloud. It is stored on Server Fra1. Then I created an account on the link: sgp1.blynk.cloud with the same email registered before, I was surprised because Blynk allows registering the same mail on multiple servers. Now when I log in with app(android) or link Dashboard, I can only access the account on sgp1 server, I deleted this account and then can’t login with app or Dashboard. However, if I use the link: fra1.blynk.cloud, I can login to the previous account. Is this a sync error on the server?

Why you deleted it?

No, it’s not.

I want to login account on fra1 with App(android) but can’t, when login with app it’s always account on sgp1 so I deleted the account on sgp1, but the result still can’t login the account again account on fra1. The only way to log in is to use the link fra1.blynk.cloud. So what if I want to login my account on fra1 with the app now? This is not a problem for me, but what if this happens?

Well, it’s not that simple. There multiple cache levels . You need to know how it works to make it work.

So, remove your account on sgp, remove your account on fra, create the account in fra. Wait 1 hour. After this it should work just fine.

Thank you, Dmitriy
