ESP is running at a very low voltage (3.3V) when a breadboard is used, there is usually a voltage drop. try to give the voltage directly and disconnect it under the rated 3v during operation.
You need to provide more information if you want to get help. What ESP module are you using? Is it running in standalone mode? Arduino IDE version, Blynk library version, ESP8266 core version?
