I’ve created multiple graphs on the web dashboard for better reporting and visualization.
When I switch between the time period, I get an error saying, “You have reached the limit of graph data requests.” However, if I reload the page after a few seconds, all the graphs load correctly.
Can anyone explain the graph data request limit on the web dashboard? Also, any tips to fix or avoid this issue would be helpful.
Here’s a screenshot of the error pop-up.

Hello @Heisenberg97. This message is not a bug. This is server logic for a frequent number of requests in charts.
Thank you @Oleksii-QA .
Can you tell the graph data request limit on the web dashboard as it is not mentioned in the blynk documentations.
@Heisenberg97 But in any case, what your Blynk login email? And on what device is this error? I’ll check just in case.
I contacted Blynk support and was able to resolve the issue.
Solution:
Blynk allows a maximum of 20 data requests per 5 seconds, regardless of the data size. Since my dashboard had many graph widgets, it exceeded this limit, causing the error.
