Fuzzy Control DC Fan with L298N Arduino

I have project to control temperature with 12 V fans by using fuzzy control method with L298N. But I get problem, if the DC Fan getting started, the data I printed on Serial Monitor Arduino is stucked and it is not looping or read a temperature more. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
