Failed to connect in ESP8266 Flash Downloader… i’ve tried many time to troubleshoot but nothing change… now im doing flashing ESP8266 with new Firmware … can somebody HELPPPP MEE ???

I already search on internet about that failure … then i didnt fixed yet that problem… the modue still failed to connect… can u give me any specific name of the error to search on internet ??
