I bring up this topic because when I check the forums/follow the toturials, currently I can’t find a solution to make esp32-cam from my local to blynk web/blynk mobile. I noticed there is a slightly different display from the previous version like now there is a datastream where previously there was only a pin 0 display on the streaming video on blynk mobile
However I managed to make a streaming video using only localhost on the web. Does anyone have this solution?
Your video stream has to be the correct format, and the URL needs to be publicly resolvable.
This means setting-up port forwarding in your router, and if you don’t have a static public IP address then using a DDNS service and a DDNS updater.
This has been discussed many time before in the past few years, but there is no readymade off the shelf solution, as it depends on your router, ISP, and local network configuration.
Hi Pete, thankyou for your information. I have followed your advice, now I can use it with localhost but the delay is very long I don’t know why and I’m still looking for a solution to make it more effective. ^^
