I have purchased 5000 energy using google pay. My payment is successful, also money got deducted from my bank account. But, blynk energy is not credit to me.

I have the same problem. I paid £6.99 last night for 5000 energy points, but my account didn’t receive any. I have the receipt from Apple and Amex and my account is working normally but I cannot do any more development without the energy points. Anyone else suffering? How do we contact Blynk directly? When I tried the contact us link, it took a message but asked lots of marketing questions and then responded with “we are too busy doing commercial demos to deal with you”!!
