Energy did not update after sucessful payment

Hi. I just purchased 5000 energy on Blynk. Google playstore confirmed via email that the payment was successful, but my energy balance did not increase in the Blynk app. Logged out and back into my account but no luck. Please advise.

Please stay within your own topic… no need to spam older topics with same question.

Perhaps there is simply a delay with your CC processor. Meanwhile close and restart your App a few times (over a span of time).

If still no result in awhile, a developer will respond.

PS is the Blynk account using the same email as your Playstore account?

Sorry I am new to the Blynk community…

No I use different email address, but it was not a problem before when I purchased energy.
